Site Services is a Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) started in March 2018 by Jessica Boyle Tsottles. During her long real estate career, where she specialized in new construction homes and working hand in hand with builders, she identified a growing need. With the plethora of new construction, Harford County was lacking quality excavating contractors specifically in the Erosion and Sediment arena. Learning from the ground up, Jessica started Site Services LLC to provide above and beyond quality work with reasonable prices and a quick turnaround time.
